Create Patient with Record Request

The record request endpoint creates a request within the Predoc application for the specified patient’s information. This request is automatically associated with the requesting user’s organizational account and the status is able to be checked within the Predoc application by any of the organization’s users. The return of this endpoint is a record ID that allows for subsequent calls to check the status of the request via the partner API as well as fetch the returned documents programmatically.
